Terms & Conditions

These general terms and conditions apply to all business relationships between Pavik Combusting Solution GmbH and its customers.

1. Scope

These terms govern all offers, deliveries and services. Deviating terms apply only with our written consent.

2. Offers and conclusion of contract

Our offers are non-binding. A contract is concluded only upon written order confirmation by us.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in EUR plus statutory VAT. Payment terms are agreed individually per project.

4. Delivery

Delivery dates are non-binding unless explicitly confirmed in writing. Force majeure extends agreed delivery times accordingly.

5. Warranty

The statutory warranty applies. Defects must be reported in writing without delay.

6. Liability

Liability for slight negligence is excluded except for personal injury. Otherwise the statutory provisions apply.

7. Intellectual property

All technical drawings, simulations and documentation remain our intellectual property.

8. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the company.
